One of the first steps in setting up Kilterly is adding your clients to your account. Clients can be added individually or importing them in mass, but they must be added in prior to creating a campaign in which they will be included.
Adding Clients Individually: To add your clients individually login and then click on the Clients link in the navigation. Next, while on the “All Clients” tab click on the “New” button at the top of the page, which will take you to the page where you can add the clients basic info and assign them tags as well. The tags will be used in future reports to track churn statistics based on industry. After adding the information click on the Save & Exit button on the top left of the page.
Adding Clients by Import: To add your clients by import login and then click on the Clients link in the navigation. Next, while on the “All Clients” tab click on the “Import” button at the top of the page. After clicking on that button a modal will popup where you can download the import template. The import template will give you examples of what information is required and what it will accept. Once you’ve filled out the import template you can upload the list of clients from that modal as well.
