The health score is simply an average of the usage score, ticketing score, and Net Promoter Score. The health score will appear in multiple areas of Kilterly including the Dashboard and Clients section. While the health score is a good indicator of the health of your relationship with the client it doesn’t necessarily mean the client will renew.
Below is a sample of what you will see on the dashboard. You can view the current average health score and the history of average health scores. You can also see the number of clients that fall below the threshold of low health scores and clicking on that number will give you the list of those clients.
You will also notice on the right of the chart a “Company Average” number. That number shows the average health score among all account owners/account managers. This number is to give the account owner that is logged in an idea where their health score stands compared to the company average.
