Kilterly allows you to add an unlimited number of users. So, if you have a large team of Customer Success Managers or Representatives you can add them all to Kilterly to manage their customer success of their clients. Below is the process for adding your users to Kilterly
Step 1: Login and click on the Admin link in the navigation. Next, click on the User Management tab and then click the “New” button on the top right of the page.
Step 2: Next, fill out the necessary information for your user and then click the “Save & Exit” below the information.
