While Kilterly offers template surveys that can be used as is or edited to meet your needs, you can also create an unlimited number of custom surveys. Below are the instructions to create a new survey.
Step 1: Login and click on the Survey link in the left Navigation, which will take you to the Survey List page. Next, click on the New button in the top right of the page.
Step 2: Next, you will need to enter the Survey Name, an Intro Message, and the Outro Message. The intro message could be as simple as “Welcome” or it could have a more thorough message giving instructions on how to complete the survey. The Outro Message could be as simple as “Thank You”, but any message you’d like to include for them completing the survey can be included.
After entering the Survey Name, Intro, and Outro messages you can begin entering the questions by dragging and dropping the question type you see listed in the left panel into the box you see that says “Drop Here”.
Step 3: After dropping the question type into the survey you can begin entering the question and responses. To add more responses click on the “Add a Choice” button. Once you’ve created the question and it’s responses click on the checkmark icon to the right of the question to save that question. Once you’ve entered all questions and answered and put them in the order you would like them to appear on the survey click on the Save & Exit button on the top left of the page.
Please note that the NPS question is a set question used to calculate your Net Promoter Score. You can edit the question, but the answers must remain a rating of 1 to 10 to accurately calculate your Net Promoter Score.
