Kilterly offers an integration with Intercom that is simple to set up. The purpose of the integration is to help track the engagement between your team and your customers. After a conversation is closed in Intercom the name of your team member, the name of the customer, and the dialog is passed over to Kilterly and will appear within our Activity timeline for you to view at anytime.
Below are the steps of how to set up the integration and the flow of how it will work.
Step 1: Once you’ve logged into Kilterly click on the Admin link in the navigation and then click on the Integrations tab. Once you are on that page click on the Intercom icon.
Step 2: On the next page click on the “Connect with Intercom” button and then login to your Intercom account.
Step 3: Once you’ve logged into your Intercom account through Kilterly it will bring you to the page you see below and will require you to authorize access.
Step 4: After you’ve authorized access you are good to go. Anytime you have a conversation in Intercom and it gets closed the dialog will be brought over to Kilterly to be stored as a note in Kilterly’s Activity timeline.
