Not all modules or tools may apply to your organization, so whichever ones do not apply you can turn them off at anytime. However, if that changes at any point you can come back in and turn the module back on as well. Below are the steps to turning modules on and off.
Step 1: Once you have logged in click on the Admin in the navigation and then click on the Settings tab.
Step 2: Next, scroll down on the page until you get to the “Score Management” section. Once you get to that section you’ll see the list of modules. To turn them on or off you will just click on the toggle.
Step 3: After you’ve click on the toggle to turn the module on or off scroll to the bottom of the page and click the Save & Exit button.
Step 4: After you’ve saved and exited you can go back to the Dashboard and you’ll see that any modules you have turned off will no longer appear on the Dashboard until you turn that module back on. In this case I turned off the ticketing score and you’ll see it does not appear on the Dashboard.
